ELEVATED PHOTOGRAPHY FOR MODERN WOMEN BY WOMEN

We’ve been dying to share some of our favorite portraits from Jess and Eddy’s Cornerstone Sonoma wedding! Jess and Eddy fell in love with Cornerstone’s unique gardens, where the venue asked some of the best landscape architects to design a section of the property. This resulted in a diverse collection of fun corners and nooks to play around in during our wedding day portrait session as their Sonoma wedding photographer!

The wedding party was fun and glamourous in teal bridesmaid dresses and light blue ties tucked into dark gray suits.

Jess describes her and Eddy as ‘nerdy’, and we love it! They even had a friend dressed up as Chewbacca make a surprise appearance for a personal twist on what is usually a more traditional day. Jess puts her nerdiness to good use and is the co-founder at one of our favorite websites, Polyvore! It was hard for anyone to keep a straight face hanging out with Jess and Eddy at their Sonoma wedding. They are so laid back and funny, we wished we could have spent more than a day with them!

The Cornerstone Sonoma wedding was incredible, especially with so many lush gardens to choose from and explore. The mix of flora and textures was endless – a dream location for Sonoma wedding photographers like Tinywater!

Gorgeous natural wine country sun and incredible large scale art installations and sculptures? We are still completely smitten with the Cornerstone Sonoma Gardens!

After the ceremony, Jess swapped out her high heels for more comfortable and cool combat boots! We were swooning over the black kick butt boots contrasting with her soft and frilly wedding gown.

The pinwheel flower garden is one of our favorite spots inside this Cornerstone Sonoma wedding! Designed by Ken Smith, these plastic pink pinwheels are an unexpected whimsical touch to the gardens.

The light filtering through these leaves was amazing for Jess and Eddy’s couple portraits. They are so sweet together!

We ended their portrait session and their Sonoma wedding day inside this Cornerstone Sonoma pipe! We love the silhouette the backlit couple creates inside the pipe frame. Tinywater can’t thank Jess and Eddy enough for inviting us on to be their Sonoma wedding photographer, and we can’t wait to see what they have in store for their future together!
